This site is here because we think friends are fantastic! Think for a second how much poorer your life would be if you didn't have any good friends.

Have you imagined it yet? Not easy is it? The fact is they enrichen our lives and if you choose good friends, you may well have friends for life.

You can share things with friends that you wouldn't dream about sharing with others and know each other so well that you know what they are going to say before they say it.

They can know you so well that they can guess what you're going to do next in any given situation and be absolutely correct!

There are plenty of love songs about wives/ husbands and boyfriends/ girlfriends however there are nowhere near as many about friends. And I think that they really deserve some because they play an important role in all our lives.

While you may not propose a love song to a friend (unless they are also your significant other), you can still have a different kind of love for them.

You can love them for being there for you, helping you through the hard times, sharing great experiences and all the fun times you have together.

You may had several romantic relationships in the past and broke up but who are the people that were there the whole time? Your friends.

The aim of this site is to have only the best friend songs there are. It was not created to have a list of 100 songs but the 100 best songs.

They are ranked in order of how good the songs are and how meaningful they are. You will recognize many of the songs, but there will be plenty of surprises too.

In other words you can count on any of these songs to be fitting as tributes to your friends, or whatever sentiment the song expresses.

Friends become like an extended family when you are really close to them and you can call upon them when you are in need so you can expect the songs here to treat them with reverence.
